Pre-Order Online Shop Policy

Welcome to Simon's Collectibles! We are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to pre-order our upcoming products. Please take a moment to review our Pre-Order Policy before placing your order. By making a pre-order, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined below:

1. Pre-Order Process:

• Pre-orders are available for selected products that are yet to be released or restocked.
• You can place a pre-order by adding the desired item(s) to your cart and proceeding to checkout.
• A deposit or full payment is required to secure your pre-order, depending on the product's specifications.

2. Deposit and Full Payment:

• Deposits: Some pre-order items may require a deposit, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
• Full Payments: For other pre-order items, you have the option to pay the full amount upfront.
• The deposit or full payment amount will be stated on the product page and during the checkout process.
• Deposit orders will be invoiced for the balance prior to shipping. This balance must be paid within 14 days or the order will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

3. Payment Methods:

• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment gateways.
• Your chosen payment method will be charged immediately for the deposit or full payment amount.

4. Order Confirmation:

• After placing your pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the details of your purchase.
• Please review the information carefully to ensure accuracy. If you notice any discrepancies, contact our customer support within 24 hours.

5. Estimated Availability:

• The estimated release or restock date of the pre-ordered item will be clearly indicated on the product page.
• Please note that these dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated on any changes via the product listing and, when possible, by email.
• Please be mindful that as a retailer, we do not produce the product and instead rely on the dates advised by the Brand/ Manufacturer/Supplier. We therefore cannot be held responsible for delays and changes to ETAs. 
• If you are unable to wait for a pre-order beyond the initial ETA, then it might be best not to make the order. We offer a waiting list function for alerts for when items become available, which may be a better option for you.

6. Order Fulfillment:

• As soon as the pre-ordered item becomes available, we will process and fulfil orders in the sequence they were received.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

7. Cancellations and Refunds:

• You may cancel a pre-order prior to shipping. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to do so.
• We don't charge for cancelling a pre-order and we operate a "fair use" policy. However, if multiple orders are cancelled, you may be blocked from placing any future pre-orders.
• After Shipment: Once the pre-ordered item has been shipped, our standard return and refund policy will apply.

8. Changes to Pre-Orders:

• Changes to shipping address or other order details can be requested within 24 hours of placing the pre-order.
• Changes to the item itself are not allowed once the pre-order has been placed.

9. Communication:

• We will communicate any delays, changes, or important updates regarding your pre-order via the email address you provided during checkout.
• If your email changes please contact us immediately so that we can amend our records.

10. Additional Terms:

• Our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to all pre-orders.
• We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order at our discretion and provide a full refund.
